This role works closely with internal teams, airport partners, and external stakeholders to deliver consistent, timely, and impactful marketing support in a fast-paced airport retail environment.Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management (All Airports)Maintain and update airport-specific social media pages in line with brand standardsSchedule and publish content supporting promotions, events, and airport initiativesEnsure accuracy, relevance, and consistency across platformsDigital Screen Content ManagementDefine, refresh, and manage digital screen content based on active promotions and prioritiesCoordinate deployment and ensure timely updates across all airport locationsWork with internal teams to align content with sales and campaign objectivesInternal & External Messaging CampaignsManage WhatsApp group communications with clear purpose, guidelines, and consistencyExecute targeted email and messaging campaigns to specific audiences, partners, and stakeholdersEnsure messaging is aligned with brand voice and business prioritiesFlyers & Promotional CollateralDevelop and customize flyers and promotional materials for individual airport companies and partnersCoordinate production and distribution timelinesEnsure collateral is relevant, compliant, and tailored to each target groupStore Presence & VisibilitySupport in-store promotional setups and branded initiativesEnsure store presence aligns with ongoing campaigns, promotions, and airport eventsPartner with operations teams to execute in-store marketing effectivelyEvent Support & ActivationCoordinate event materials, promotional items, and giveawaysSupport logistics and readiness for airport and partner eventsEnsure consistent brand representation during activationsRPP Campaign Execution (Dynamics)Launch and manage RPP campaigns through DynamicsTrack execution, updates, and alignment with sales objectivesCoordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure effective rolloutAirport Newsletter ManagementCompile, coordinate, and manage content for airport newslettersEnsure consistency in messaging, timelines, approvals, and distributionWork with airport stakeholders to meet submission deadlinesKey Skills & Qualifications:24 years of experience in marketing coordination, retail marketing, or communicationsExperience managing multiple locations or stakeholders (airports, retail, franchises preferred)Strong organizational and project coordination skillsComfortable managing digital content, messaging platforms, and promotional materialsExperience with CRM or campaign tools (Dynamics preferred)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
