We are a Canadian IT consulting firm seeking an International IT Sourcer to support our recruitment pipeline. This role focuses strictly on sourcing and prospecting, not fullcycle recruitment. You will search for IT consultants on LinkedIn and other platforms, send outreach messages, collect CVs, and organize candidate information in our system. We provide all templates, search criteria, and instructions. After onboarding, we expect autonomous, consistent work. This is a longterm role for someone who understands IT terminology and can source candidates efficiently. Responsibilities Conduct structured searches on LinkedIn and other platforms to identify IT consultants for roles in Canada Build Boolean searches and targeted search filters Execute outreach campaigns using provided templates (connection requests, messages, followups) Gather CVs and upload them into our ATS/shared folders Maintain organized tracking of sourced candidates and outreach status Provide regular updates to the internal team through brief written summaries during the week Communicate proactively if challenges arise or if criteria need clarification Follow sourcing criteria for multiple roles and mandates simultaneously Required Skills & Experience 1 to 3 years of experience in IT sourcing, technical recruiting, or candidate research Strong understanding of IT roles (developers, architects, DevOps, QA, cloud, etc.) Ability to work independently once trained Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools Complete fluency in French Proficiency with Boolean search logic Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes Nice to Have Experience sourcing candidates for Canadian or North American markets Experience handling multiple searches simultaneously Familiarity with ATS platforms or sourcing automation tools Work Conditions Fully remote Full time Longterm collaboration preferred We work with structured processes and clear instructions; our team values concise communication and timely followups We primarily use shared folders and written messaging for updates, and we expect all work to be documented and organized #J-18808-Ljbffr
