This role is fundamentally about accurate estimating, scope clarity, and risk assessment, with sales responsibilities focused on communication and follow-through rather than traditional quota-driven selling. Projects range from luxury residential to complex commercial buildings, requiring strong technical judgment, disciplined processes, and clear, confident communication. Education or training in: Architectural Technology / Architectural DesignEngineering TechnologyConstruction or Estimating programs with architectural components Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and plans.Experience preparing cost estimates in construction or manufacturing.Proficiency in Excel, Word, and estimating tools (Bluebeam strongly preferred).Strong time management and multitasking skills.Manufacturing experience with metal/steel and wood is an asset.
