Duties Provide supervision and mentorship to licensed and unlicensed clinical staff, supporting their professional growth and skill development. Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of client treatment plans, ensuring they align with evidence-based practices. Conduct regular case reviews, chart audits, and clinical documentation checks to maintain compliance with organizational policies and licensing standards. Facilitate ongoing training sessions on topics such as art therapy techniques, psychopharmacology updates, and gender issues counseling to enhance team expertise. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and develop comprehensive treatment approaches tailored to individual client needs. Promote a positive work environment by encouraging open communication, teamwork, and a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure all clinical activities meet ethical guidelines, confidentiality standards, and regulatory requirements. Maintain a caseload of clients as required to model best practice. Uphold confidentiality, privacy and ethical standards at all times. Expected Hours: 5 - 10 for clinical supervision, (Additional hours for clinical work with clients) Compensation: $15,400- 20,800 per year Experience Over 5 years of clinical experience in mental health settings. Certification and training in clinical supervision. Demonstrated knowledge of various therapy methods and their application within mental health treatment programs. Value strong clinical standards grounded in ethical, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed care. Bring a warm, approachable presence that helps others feel safe, supported, and encouraged. Are energized by shaping culture, not just carrying a caseload. Thrive in collaborative leadership and enjoy working closely with the CEO and team. Have experience supporting teams and developing others. Proven experience in mental health settings with a strong background in clinical supervision or leadership roles. Familiarity with psychopharmacology principles relevant to counseling practices. Knowledge and experience with culturally responsive, trauma informed clinical practice. Experience providing clinical intervention related to trauma, mental illnesses and couples therapy is an asset. Experience working with a variety of populations in a mental health setting. Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and current best practices in mental health care. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster professional Ample experience providing clinical supervision, treatment insights and case formulation guidance. Licensure or certification in mental health from either OCSWSSW or CRPO. Additional certifications in play therapy or related fields are highly desirable.
