As a federally funded national network, CAN Health works with health care organizations, known as Edges, to identify pressing challenges and match them with Canadian-made solutions that can be validated, procured, and scaled across the country.The Partnerships, Company Support and Insights team plays a critical role in advancing organizational sustainability by developing strategic partnerships, delivering advisory engagements, and generating revenue that supports CAN Healths longterm growth and impact. The team works across public and private sector stakeholders to identify new opportunities, develop strategic initiatives, generate evidencebased insights, and deliver highvalue engagements that align with both partner priorities and organizational objectives.CAN Health HQ is located in downtown Oakville where you will work, collaborate and build relationships. We are a national Network and have colleagues across Canada. The candidate must be willing to go to the CAN Health Headquarters in Oakville.What Youll DoReporting to the Manager, Partnerships and Strategic Insights, CAN Health is seeking Partnerships and Strategic Insights Lead to join the Network who will lead strategic partnerships, key account management, and advisory engagements. This individual will play a critical role in coordinating stakeholders, generating insights, and ensuring successful delivery across projects.The ideal candidate is highly independent, organized, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams with minimal direction.In this role, you will:Key Account & Partnership SupportLead key account management activities and ongoing partner relationships.Identify and advance opportunities to expand partnerships, advisory mandates, and revenuegenerating collaborations that support CAN Healths longterm sustainability and impact.Coordinate communications and engagement with key stakeholders.Demonstrate the ability to engage confidently with senior leadership across partner organizations and health system institutions.Research & Insight DevelopmentLead evidencebased research, market analysis, environmental scans, and jurisdictional reviews to support strategic decisionmaking across partnerships and advisory engagements.Translate complex research findings into clear strategic insights that support partnership development, advisory work, and organizational planning.Contribute analytical input that strengthens CAN Healths positioning within health system transformation and innovation scaleup initiatives.Track project progress, deliverables, timelines, and milestones across engagements.Maintain oversight of deliverable quality and ensure outputs align with partner expectations, engagement objectives, and internal standards.Lead coordination of multiple workstreams across advisory engagements, partnership initiatives, and strategic projects, ensuring deliverables are executed on time and to a high standard.New Business DevelopmentLead new business development by conducting market research, identifying emerging opportunities, and assessing strategic alignment with CAN Health priorities.Create proposals, presentations, and supporting materials for prospective clients and partners, as well as the ability to present and communicate the materials.Monitor payment schedules, contract milestones, and renewal timelines across partnership and advisory engagements.Maintain accurate documentation related to partnership agreements, scopes of work, and engagement records.Stakeholder CoordinationLead coordination of stakeholder meetings, agendas, discussion materials, and followup actions across internal and external engagements.Manage communications across multiple stakeholder groups, including scheduling, correspondence, and distribution of strategic materials.Lead the facilitation of stakeholder discussions, workshops, and working sessions that advance alignment and decisionmaking.What You BringIn this role, you will bring analytical capability, sound judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments with confidence.You will likely bring:Successful completion of a university degree in business, or healthrelated discipline. MBA/Masters an asset.35 years of relevant experience in consulting, partnerships, business strategy, or health tech.
