About The Role Were looking for a Staff Product Designer to lead highimpact design efforts across one of our core product areas. In this role, youll shape product strategy, drive endtoend execution, and help elevate the usability, quality, and design culture across the company. Youll work across crossfunctional teams to solve complex problems, advocate for user needs, and contribute to systems and practices that scale across multiple teams and surfaces. What Youll Be Doing Lead highimpact initiatives from discovery through launch, navigating ambiguity with confidence. Partner deeply with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap and product direction. Stay grounded in user problems through discovery work, research, and continuous feedback loops. Translate insights into elegant, usable, and scalable product experiences across all states and edge cases. Drive usability improvements by testing flows, simplifying interactions, and evolving design patterns. Contribute to and evolve our design system to improve quality, consistency, and velocity across teams. Shape microinteractions and animations that clarify intent and elevate the experience. Communicate design rationale clearly, aligning teams and stakeholders through storytelling and evidence. Mentor other designers, elevate team quality, and contribute to design culture and critique. What Were Looking For 8+ years of experience in product design. Extensive experience designing and shipping digital products end to end. A portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful UX, highquality craft, and strategic impact. Mastery of Figma and componentbased workflows across multiproduct environments. Strong systems thinking and experience evolving scalable design systems. A deep curiosity for users and a drive to solve real pain points with clarity and care. Excellent collaboration and storytelling skills across crossfunctional partners and senior stakeholders. A track record of mentoring others and raising the bar for quality and process.
