This is a true 01 role: you will own how we talk about ExaCare, how our customers and the market understand us, and why we win. Your job will be to take our insights, positioning, and messaging, and make it real across our business from the website to sales motions + enablement to product launches to endtoend marketing campaigns. Youll work at the center of Product, Sales, and Growth, enabling us to improve acquisition and sales conversion. What Youll Do Define and continuously refine our ICP, key segments, and personas for each vertical we serve, translating it into clear priorities for messaging, campaigns, and sales plays. Define and maintain positioning, messaging, and the core story across the website, pitch decks, outbound, emails and crossfunctional campaigns. Run ongoing discovery (calls, win/loss analysis, deal reviews, etc.) to sharpen how we think about our customers, use cases, and buying triggers. Track competitors, define why us, and help shape how the market talks about the problem and solution. Own the GTM plan for new products/features narrative, positioning, assets, enablement, rollout, and postlaunch learning. Arm Sales with collateral, training, talk tracks, proof, and competitive battlecards to win deals and drive expansion. Partner on packaging, pricing, and bundles, utilizing customer insights and market research to inform how we sell to our ICP + key segments. Build programs that educate buyers, reduce confusion, and increase conversion and/or adoption especially around new workflows and product changes. Ensure pages reflect the narrative (ICP clarity, use cases, proof, differentiation, etc.) and support pipeline goals. What Youll Bring 46 years of experience, with ideally 2+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing roles (salesled preferred, but not required). Proven track record owning positioning and messaging, and turning it into shipped outputs (website copy, sales enablement materials, emails, etc.). Strong communication skills. Translating complex products and use cases into simple, credible value for different audiences. Experience digging into call data, win/loss reasons, and breaking down the market to turn insights into actionable GTM decisions. Experience partnering closely with Sales (enablement, talk tracks, battlecards, supporting deals, etc.). Demonstrated ability to lead product launches / GTM plans endtoend (messaging, assets, enablement, rollout, measurement). Ability to drive alignment across Product, Sales, Ops, Growth, and be the glue that keeps momentum.
