What Youll Do: As our Manager, youll be the driving force behind our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Youll work closely with the General Manager to manage day-to-day activities, lead and inspire our team, and deliver outstanding customer service. Your role will be critical in maintaining our reputation as Richmonds top entertainment hub. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across all departments, including the racetrack, bar, restaurant and other attractions. Lead, mentor, and develop team members to provide exceptional service. Ensure operational efficiency and uphold our high standards of customer satisfaction. Assist in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with the General Manager on strategic planning and business development. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance guest experiences and operational performance. What Were Looking For: Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in the hospitality, entertainment, or service industry. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a diverse set of responsibilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to lead a dynamic team and interact with guests. A passion for creating memorable experiences and a commitment to excellence in customer service. Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
