Junior Field Control Gas Turbine Specialist As a Junior Field Control Specialist, you will coordinate and oversee work at field sites, ensuring quality service to customers. Your role may include sales, job design, execution, followup activities, and training operators to improve performance. Responsibilities Receiving and following specific, detailed instructions. Learning and assisting other crew members during installation and/or maintenance activities at customer sites. Assisting with the maintenance/installation of TPS rotating equipment and performing the assigned scope of work. Interacting primarily with your mentor or direct supervisor and other specialists/supervisors in the group. Executing all required responsibilities safely and as instructed by direct supervisors, following all IET Gas Technology Service applicable processes and procedures. Performing other related duties as required. Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, legal compliance requirements, and Baker Hughes core values. Qualifications Bachelors degree from an accredited university, preferably in Controls Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a similar technical field. 1plus year of controls engineering experience in projectbased or industrial settings. Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings (P&ID, instrumentation, etc.). Willingness to work in a multicultural team and travel worldwide up to 90% of the time, including offshore platforms. Legal authorization to work in Canada and eligible to work across the border (USA, Europe, Mexico). Desired Characteristics Strong oral and written communication skills.
