Become a vital part of the youth ministry at Encounter Covenant Church. We''re looking for a Youth Pastor to engage with students Grades 612, focusing on discipleship and relational development. As a part-time Youth Pastor, your role at Encounter Church encompasses leading youth in their spiritual growth and building community connections. You will oversee Sunday services, plan midweek youth events, and create an engaging environment for discipleship and relationship-building among students. Key Responsibilities: Guide and disciple youth through their faith experiences Manage Sunday youth structure and integration into worship Develop and lead a midweek youth gathering Foster authentic relationships with youth and families Recruit and support volunteers for youth ministry Requirements: Heart for youth and their spiritual journey Collaborative leader open to mentorship Flexible on weekdays with Sunday commitment Previous youth ministry experience is an asset Willing to complete a Vulnerable Sector Check Shape the future of youth ministry and help students grow in faith at Encounter Covenant Church. #J-18808-Ljbffr
