No more guesswork, application black holes, or recruiter ghosting in your job search.For one of our clients, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager, remotely from the United States or Canada.In this role, you will manage a portfolio of 120+ customers, focusing on driving product adoption, delivering value, and preventing churn. You will work closely with at-risk customers, aiming to transform them into brand advocates and uncovering opportunities for growth. Your success will be measured by key metrics, including revenue retention and customer engagement.
