What You Will Do Reporting to the CI Supervisor, the Lean/TCP Lead supports the delivery of Total Cost Productivity (TCP) and Lean/Continuous Improvement outcomes by enabling process improvements, waste elimination, and disciplined execution of MOS initiatives. The role supports operations through the facilitation and coaching of continuous improvement projects, ensuring opportunities are clearly identified, analyzed, and executed using defined methodologies. As a subject matter expert, the role builds organizational capability by coaching teams, training future SMEs, and supervising interns to ensure timely implementation and sustainable results. Assist in establishing a Continuous Improvement process, using Lean techniques, to support operational objectives through improved processes. Drive upkeep of Daily Management system. Supports operations through facilitation of Continual Improvement projects, sustaining, improving and streamlining overall processes within the organization. Acts as a subject matter expert for improvement methodologies. Assists in the training of SMEs in the facility. Coaches local teams in identification of opportunities and execution of projects according to a defined methodology. Analysis and justification for process improvement projects (cost / performance improvement). Key deliverables include meeting Masco Canadas shortterm and longterm goals and objectives for TCP. Facilitate meetings and train team members on best practices for TCP. Coach team members to ensure maximum value is achieved for changes implemented. Assist Glass House team members in project management skills to ensure timely and effective project completions. Facilitate change with team members to ensure immediate implementation and benefit. Supervise any Continuous Improvement interns/students. Comply with the company policies and OHSA (Occupational Health & Safety Act). Duties as assigned. What You Will Bring Postsecondary education in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field. Lean Six Sigma certification or relevant Lean training is an asset. Strong knowledge of continuous improvement tools and techniques. 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment. Working knowledge of Lean tools such as Kaizen, 5S, root cause analysis, and value stream mapping. Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and measure improvements. Effective communication and facilitation skills to lead CI activities. Teamoriented mindset with the ability to work across functions. Selfmotivated and proactive in identifying and solving problems. Commitment to continuous learning and operational improvement. Strong leadership abilities and decision making; able to lead effective meetings and crossfunctional teams. Quality control background, including problem solving and root cause analysis. Exceptional planning and organizational abilities with task prioritization, multitasking, use of timelines and timemanagement techniques. Hiring Range: $52,500.00 - $82,720.00 CAD. The salary range shown reflects the expected annual base salary for this open position, plus other wage amounts such as annual bonus, profit sharing, and commissions.
