Job Description

Excel as a Customer-Focused Service Planner with Atlas Copco in Mississauga. Engage with clients to effectively manage service requests and ensure outstanding customer experiences. This 12-month contract role requires a proactive professional with at least three years in customer service within a technical environment. As the key point of contact, you will coordinate service jobs, interact with various departments, and manage logistics, ensuring timely support for technicians and clients.
