Restaurant Systems Administrator Role Overview The Restaurant Systems Administrator manages and optimizes restaurant systems (such as Crunchtime) across all QSR and FSR brands. This role supports system implementations, maintains core data (recipes, inventory, labor rules), and ensures accuracy and consistency across platforms. Working closely with operations, IT, and brand teams, they troubleshoot issues, provide training, and support reporting on key metrics like food and labor costs. This position is ideal for someone with strong technical skills and a solid understanding of restaurant operations. Core Responsibilities Own daytoday administration and ongoing optimization of Crunchtime (or similar software) across all applicable brands. Support initial and ongoing system implementations, rollouts, and upgrades (including coordination with brand, ops, IT, POS platform and Crunchtime). Maintain, and standardize templates, recipes, inventories, labor rules, and reporting structures. Troubleshoot system issues, manage enhancements, and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Train and support brand teams, operations, and franchise partners on Crunchtime usage. Support reporting and analytics related to food cost, labor, and operational KPIs. Key Qualifications Handson experience administering Crunchtime (or similar enterprise labor / inventory / restaurant management platforms). Strong understanding of restaurant operations, recipe cost files, food cost, labor management, and inventory controls. Experience working across multiple brands or large, multiunit restaurant systems. Technically comfortable, detailoriented, and processdriven. Ability to teach, train and support software users. Requirements 2-3 years experience in a similar or related field. Experience in operations considered Strategic thinking Strong communication skills.
