Overview Position: Lifestyle Manager Location: Thornhill (On-Site) Salary: $57,000 - $60,000 Job Type: Permanent Posting Type: Open Vacancy Our client in the retirement community industry is seeking a Lifestyle Manager to lead and deliver engaging social, recreational, and wellness programs for residents. This permanent, full-time role reports to the Community Director and oversees Lifestyles Assistants, volunteers, and the community bus driver. What You''ll Do Plan and deliver engaging social, recreational, and wellness programs. Lead fitness initiatives, conduct resident assessments, and personalize activities. Recruit, train, and inspire staff and volunteers while maintaining safety and compliance. Manage budgets, equipment, and department operations. Promote programs through newsletters, calendars, and community outreach. What You Bring 2+ years in retirement/healthcare programming. Post-secondary education in Recreation, Gerontology, Kinesiology/Fitness, or related field. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. CPR/First Aid preferred; valid driver''s license required. Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends.
