Responsibilities This position is ideal for a highly organized, detailoriented, and proactive individual who can anticipate needs before they arise, adapt quickly when priorities shift, and communicate clearly at all times. The right person will be equally comfortable handling realestaterelated responsibilities, personal errands, and daytoday executive support with professionalism, discretion, and confidence. Manage daytoday scheduling, appointments, meetings, and calendar coordination Assist with listing and buyerrelated tasks, helping to keep deals, appointments, and timelines on track Coordinate showings, inspections, appraisals, meetings, and client followups Prepare, organize, review, and manage documents, contracts, and correspondence Maintain accurate records, files, and databases Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and outstanding items to ensure nothing is missed Communicate with clients, agents, lawyers, mortgage brokers, contractors, and other service providers Assist with errands, logistics, and administrative tasks that support the realtors productivity Help identify priorities, solve problems quickly, and respond to urgent matters as they arise Manage personal appointments, bookings, and householdrelated scheduling Coordinate errands such as dry cleaning dropoff/pickup, returns, shopping, and other daytoday tasks Assist with personal travel planning and important renewals such as passports and related documents Support family and household logistics, including coordinating care arrangements or supervising child or dogsitting needs when required Help keep personal obligations organized and on schedule so the executive can remain focused on clients and business priorities Preferred Qualifications Min 1 year experience in the Real Estate industry. Real Estate license is highly preferred 25 years experience in executive assistance, personal assistance, administration, or real estate support Valid drivers license and own vehicle for travel is a must Familiarity with realestate systems, documents, and timelines is considered a strong asset Broker Bay, TRB (MLS), Trello, Google Suite, literate in preparing offers and listing agreements Experience working in a fastpaced, clientfacing environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
