The GIS Lead will be accountable for establishing standards, guiding complex data integrations, and acting as the primary GIS lead for crossfunctional stakeholders during all stages of project delivery. What Youll Do Here: Lead GIS delivery during project development and construction readiness, ensuring spatial data is accurate, integrated, and fitforpurpose from project setup through execution. Act as the technical lead and primary GIS point of contact for project teams, coordinating with IDD, design, construction, and project controls stakeholders. Design, build, and govern CAD/BIMtoGIS data integrations using FME, aligning DWG/DGN/RVT/IFC, survey, LiDAR, and asbuilt data into authoritative enterprise datasets. Establish and enforce GIS standards and best practices, including schema design, layer standards, projections, georeferencing, versioning, and metadata. Develop and oversee automation and tooling to streamline workflows, improve data quality, and reduce rework. Deliver maps, web apps, and dashboards (ArcGIS Enterprise, Dashboards, Experience Builder) that support planning, coordination, and construction decisionmaking. Support construction operations with spatial QA/QC, work packages, field maps, redlines, progress tracking, and asbuilt management.
