Responsibilities Develop and implement an annual Sales Plan and submit quarterly goals, with monthly updates on progress to the General Manager. Coach and manage sales representatives in maintaining contact and gaining appointments with assigned accounts; personally responsible for target accounts when no salesperson is in a territory. Accompany sales representatives on calls to observe techniques and assist in developing action plans for improvement. Conduct product knowledge and sellingskills training at each weekly sales meeting. Conduct formal weekly evaluation of overall sales performance and effectiveness of each sales representative. Assist in developing plans and strategies to achieve sales goals when necessary. Perform other salesrelated tasks and support other managers or department managers as needed. Qualifications 3+ years of successful businesstobusiness newaccount sales and at least 2 additional years in sales management (preferred). Valid noncommercial drivers license and a safe driving record. General computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Proficiency in coaching, mentoring, and leading a dynamic sales team. Strong work ethic, enthusiastic attitude, and ability to create a fun, collaborative environment.
