Lead high-quality patient care as a Home Care Manager in Stettler with Assisted Living Alberta. Collaborate with diverse departments and promote ethical, integrated service delivery in our rural team. As Home Care Manager, you will oversee patient programs and services, while maintaining operational excellence in alignment with ALA policies. This managerial role requires strong leadership in fostering teamwork and effective relationships across various healthcare disciplines. You will also be responsible for budgeting, risk management, and ensuring quality assurance in home care delivery.
