Located in New Westminster, BC, the Repair Assessor role focuses on assessing returned products to determine optimal repair actions. You will coordinate with the Repair team, actively working to enhance operational efficiency and ensure stellar service. Building strong relationships with supervisors and team leaders is essential to maintain the quality of repairs and improve service levels continually.
