Job Title: Production Associate Location: Midland, ON Shift Details: 12-hour continental shifts (Day: 6:45 AM 7:00 PM / Night: 6:45 PM 7:00 AM) Rotating schedule on a 4-week cycle Includes weekday and weekend shifts as per rotation Pay Rate: $20.20/hour base rate $21.55/hour for continental / night / premium shift What''s the Job? Perform general labour and production duties in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Operate machinery with training provided to support production goals Conduct quality inspections of products to ensure standards are met Handle materials by loading and unloading as required Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas following safety procedures and guidelines What''s Needed? Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including days, nights, and weekends Comfortable with physical, repetitive tasks in a manufacturing setting Reliable, punctual, and committed to a strong work ethic Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in manufacturing or general labour is an asset What''s in it for me?
