We work in close partnership with cross-functional teams across the business and throughout the supply chain. We meet the needs of our product, guests, markets and channels in order to achieve our strategic priorities and business goals. We ensure packaging and labelling materials are production ready and support successful product delivery. a day in the life The Packaging and Labelling Operations team oversees the end-to-end delivery of product and brand packaging and labelling for global markets. As a Project Analyst, you play a key role in designing, improving, and supporting endtoend Operations processes, systems, and governance to enable scalable, accurate, and compliant packaging and labelling design and development. You contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that simplify ways of working and support efficient gotomarket execution. In parallel, you support project managers with project planning and execution activities, including scheduling, facilitating workshops, and maintaining highquality project data and documentation. Working closely with project managers and crossfunctional teams, you help ensure initiatives remain on track, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. core responsibilities Lead process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives for Operations processes and systems in partnership with Program and Project Management Develop and maintain standardized Operations workflows, nomenclature, and requirements to enable scalable, consistent project execution and knowledge transfer Analyze current ways of working to identify risks, gaps, and inefficiencies, and recommend actionable improvement opportunities Support project execution by tracking progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies, and preparing clear status reporting Maintain accurate and structured project data, documentation, repositories, and tracking systems to support execution and reporting Plan, schedule, and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and reviews Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements, align on deliverables, and support timely completion of tasks qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Operations, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience 3+ years of experience supporting crossfunctional initiatives in project management, operations, product or packaging development, or supply chain environments Demonstrated experience designing, documenting, and maintaining operational processes, workflows, or systems that support scalability, accuracy, and consistency Strong ability to translate complex, crossfunctional workflows into clear, structured, and usable documentation and system requirements Experience supporting project planning and execution, including maintaining project plans, schedules, status reports, and project data Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with Power BI Experience using project management tools; Smartsheet experience preferred Proven analytical and problemsolving skills, with a processoriented mindset and attention to operational detail Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and deadlines concurrently Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly to diverse stakeholders Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across crossfunctional teams and support alignment and consensusbuilding Knowledge of retail, product development, or packaging and labelling lifecycles and terminology is an asset must haves Acknowledges the presence of choice in every moment and takes personal responsibility for their life Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results Communicates with honesty and kindness, and creates the space for others to do the same Leads with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure Fosters connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships Integrates fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesnt take themselves too seriously
