Our client, a fast-growing Toronto-based digital consulting and technology firm, is seeking a Project Manager (12-month contract with possibility of extension) to lead complex web and mobile initiatives from conception to launch. Your Role As Project Manager, you''ll be pivotal to project delivery: managing scope, timelines, and resources while keeping clients informed and engaged. You''ll act as the bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery & Ownership Own end-to-end project delivery across web, mobile, and digital initiatives Plan and define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables Break down work into actionable tasks and assign resources based on team capacity Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and technical leads to ensure alignment Client & Stakeholder Engagement Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams Anticipate client needs, address concerns, and provide expert guidance Deliver regular updates and foster transparency at all levels Process Improvement & Risk Management Implement and refine processes to improve efficiency and project outcomes Identify and mitigate risks early to keep projects on track Maintain and enhance project documentation, governance, and tools What You Bring At least 3 years of experience managing complex digital projects, ideally in an agency or product-focused environment as a project manager.
