Our a client, a profitable and growing manufacturing company is looking for a Controller with an opportunity to mold the finance team.Reporting into the CEO, this Controller position will have the following responsibilities:Own full-cycle accounting (GL, AR, AP, payroll oversight, inventory, fixed assets) Lead monthly close process and ensure timely, accurate financial statementsMaintain audit-ready documentation and controlsPrepare lender reporting packages and support covenant calculationsStrengthen standard costing disciplineValidate inventory valuation and cycle count processesImprove cost of goods accuracy and margin reportingAlign ERP data with operational realityDevelop and maintain rolling cash flow forecastsImprove AR visibility and collections reporting
