Our client a fleet management company, is currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst join their team on a 6-month contract . This role follows a hybrid working arrangement requiring three days onsite and two working remotely each week at their Oakville officePartner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-makingAnalyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesDevelop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and performance dashboardsSupport monthly and quarterly financial reporting and variance analysisTranslate data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholdersContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimizationAssist with ad-hoc analysis to support business priorities QualifcationsStrong business partnering skills with the ability to influence stakeholdersHighly data-savvy with experience working with large datasetsProven ability to extract meaningful insights and tell a clear financial storyStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skillsAdvanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) an assetExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalPrior experience in financial analysis or FP&A roles preferred Additional Information: TMGCTThe Mason Group is committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and accessible recruitment process.
