Your Impact - Orchestrate Precision Loading: Execute the safe movement and staging of freight using specialized Clamp Truck equipment within a highvelocity environment. - Drive Inventory Integrity: Seamlessly bridge the gap between physical movement and digital accuracy using advanced RF scanning technology. - Accelerate Global Distribution: Optimize outbound logistics by loading trailers with expert precision to ensure daily deadlines are met without compromise. - Safeguard Operational Health: Protect facility productivity by conducting rigorous preshift equipment inspections and maintaining a professional, 'tourready' workspace. - Collaborate for Efficiency: Partner with a highperformance logistics team to streamline flow and storage within a stateoftheart, welllit facility. Who You Are - Certified Technical Operator: You possess a valid Counterbalance certification and bring 12 years of 'solidonthefloor' experience. - Clamp Specialist: You have the specific technical finesse required to handle specialized attachments and sensitive freight without damage. - Efficiency Expert: You thrive in highvelocity settings and are motivated by the challenge of meeting demanding daily outbound deadlines. - Safety Steward: You don't just 'drive'; you prioritize equipment maintenance and safety protocols to protect yourself and your teammates. - CareerMinded Professional: You are looking for a permanent home, a consistent schedule, and a clean environment where your reliability is valued. Responsibilities - Safely and efficiently operate a Clamp Truck Forklift to move pallets and nonstandard freight throughout the facility. - Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers, ensuring weight is properly distributed and secured. - Stage freight on the busy shipping dock to ensure strict daily delivery deadlines are consistently met. - Utilize handheld RF scanners to accurately pick orders and maintain 100% inventory accuracy. Qualifications - Must hold a current, valid certification for a SitDown Counterbalance forklift. - 1 to 2 years of solid, handson experience operating both a Clamp Truck and a SitDown Counterbalance. - Must own and consistently wear CSAapproved steeltoed boots. - Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs as needed and working an active, onthego shift. - A strong track record of punctuality and a readiness to commit to a steady role.
