Magna is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse to take charge of WSIB administration and Return to Work coordination. This permanent role involves ensuring compliance with the Ontario Health & Safety Act, managing medical surveillance programs, and promoting employee wellness initiatives alongside the wellness coordinator. Strong communication and organizational skills are key to effectively support employees returning from disability. Key Responsibilities: Manage WSIB documentation, claims, and modified work programs Coordinate Return to Work assessments for employees Collaborate with health care providers on suitable work accommodations Conduct respirator fit testing and medical surveillance Track and report statistics for employee wellness initiatives Requirements: RN, RPN, or related program with Occupational Health designation preferred Strong experience with WSIB claims management Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written Ability to handle sensitive issues professionally Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word Bring your expertise in occupational health and a commitment to employee welfare to Magna Exteriors. #J-18808-Ljbffr
