Job Description

Overview You will support Retail Services department in managing all tenancy renewals and retail space developments within the Hospital. You will conceptualise and implement proposals and projects to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness of retail management in the hospital. Responsibilities - Review and execute retail mix and services to meet changing needs of staff, patients and visitors. - Research, negotiate and select vendors for retail tenders. - Enforce tenancy agreements, including rental arrears monitoring, lease termination, offering of leases, drafting and conducting retail tenders and invitations to quote. - Document service quality lapses and ensure prompt investigation and execution of service recovery. - Conduct regular performance audits on tenants to ensure consistency in level of service and housekeeping standards. - Coordinate with tenants to ensure compliance with Hospitals policies and procedures. - Prepare and present key audit findings and related retail information at Hospital Management Meetings. - Assist in strategic initiatives and crossdepartment projects as assigned. Job Requirements - Bachelors Degree in any discipline. - Good interpersonal and communication skills. - Working experience in a healthcare or commercial building operations is an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
