The Trade Execution Analyst is responsible for the daily execution of all domestic and export trades through G3 owned assets, from export documentation preparation to final invoicing to providing accounting support. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manages G3 eDox vessel execution platform. Issues required analysis and sampling instructions to service providers and government agencies. Ensures compliance with import and export regulations. Prepares invoices for commodity/grain deliveries and approves invoices for services rendered. Ensures accuracy on documentation for Lakers and internal transfers. Performs vessel lay time calculations and follows up for settlement. Monitors operations and trading email traffic and escalates any potential concerns to management immediately. Provides Trader, supplier, and customer service by addressing concerns and requests for information. Complies with requirements of G3s Food Safety Quality Management System (FSQMS). Performs other related duties as assigned. Analytical Support / Responsibilities: Provides daily cash flow forecast to Treasury to help form the basis of G3s cash flow statement that is provided to the Executive and influences G3s cash flow and borrowing activities. Calculates through put costs to be invoiced. Validates stevedoring and other terminal invoices. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Post-secondary diploma in Business Logistics or related field. Prefer one year of experience in the Agriculture industry, preferably in Trade Execution / Agriculture industry. Knowledge of NAEGA, NGFA, GAFTA, FOSFA rules. Intermediate knowledge level of Microsoft Excel and common desktop software. Agrosoft experience would be considered an asset. Minimum of 3 years experience in loading vessels and trade execution. Bilingual in English and French would be considered an asset.
