Responsibilities Greeting & Front-Desk Engagement Welcome everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge about Orangetheory Fitness. Maintain the front desk area, answer phones, and interact with members and guests. Membership Presentations & Tours Present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested people; often called intros. Give studio tours and highlight key features of the workout and facilities. Sales & Follow-Up Sell studio memberships and package offers to prospective clients. Follow up with leads from calls, walk-ins, campaigns, events, and digital inquiries. Maintain accurate records in sales systems and track your performance toward sales goals/KPIs. Collaboration with Coaches Work hand-in-hand with trainers to guide prospects through their first class or introductory workout. Customer Service & Studio Support Build strong relationships with current and prospective members through excellent service. Support marketing and outreach events to engage the local community. Help ensure the studio is organized, clean, and presentable. Performance & Expectations Sales Associates are typically expected to meet or exceed sales goals (individual and studio targets).
