Clinical Manager Location: 1685 Tech Ave, Mississauga, Ontario L4W 0A7 Hiring Range: $100,000 $132,000 per year At Shoppers Drug Mart, were innovating health and wellness across Canada. As a Clinical Manager within our Specialty Health Network division, you will lead a team of nurses to deliver exceptional casemanagement services that support patients, caregivers and physicians. This role ensures clinical standards are adhered to, processes are followed, and patient care remains at the forefront of our interactions. Responsibilities Lead, mentor and coach a national team of professional nurses to provide excellent patient care. Ensure physician needs are customized and met, maximizing patient enrollment and outcomes. Monitor, evaluate and refine services to maximize costeffectiveness while maintaining best practice care. Forecast and allocate resources to support the geographic needs of the program. Plan and coordinate training of new staff, maximizing effectiveness through further training opportunities. Collaborate with clinical leadership to develop operational procedures and work instructions, ensuring team adherence to company policy. Establish performance standards and monitor achievement of all casemanagement activities. Review and approve casemanagement expenditures. Represent case management as subjectmatter expert in businessdevelopment opportunities. Lead change initiatives to strengthen team and process flows. Ensure accurate recording and reporting of adverse events and product complaints. Act as a delegate for the Senior Manager, Clinical Services when required. Drive continuous quality improvement and align team efforts with client marketing strategies. Participate in client meetings and report adverse events promptly. Qualifications Registered nurse with a current license in the province of employment; BScN preferred. At least 7 years of direct clinical experience, including a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience leading professional nurses. Experience in case management is an asset. Excellent written and spoken communication in English; bilingual French/English is mandatory for certain territories. Knowledge of Canadian and provincial health systems and specialty pharmacy services. Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and adapt to a fastpaced environment with multiple priorities. Proficient computer skills and excellent customerservice orientation. Occasional travel required; valid drivers license and insured automobile for work.
