Oversee vital drilling operations with NES Fircroft as a Drilling Supervisor. Ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance in managing well programs while leading field personnel successfully. As a Drilling Supervisor, your role entails supervising daily operations at the rig site, ensuring all tasks are carried out under strict safety and regulatory standards. You will coordinate activities between contractors and service providers, monitor costs, and evaluate performance against the drilling program, fostering a strong safety culture and effective team leadership. Key Responsibilities: Supervise drilling operations at the rig site Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements Coordinate with contractors and service providers Monitor performance and costs against the drilling plan Review and approve daily drilling reports Requirements: 8-10 years of drilling experience, with supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of drilling operations and equipment Valid well control certification (IWCF or equivalent) Experience in oil sands or heavy oil operations is an asset Strong leadership and communication skills Become a pivotal leader in ensuring efficient and safe drilling operations with NES Fircroft. #J-18808-Ljbffr
