Shape the musical worship at Back Creek Church in Charlotte, NC as a Music Ministry Director. This full-time position focuses on leading congregational singing and coordinating music across church services. As the Music Ministry Director, you will work closely with the minister weekly to choose music for both regular and special worship events. You'll oversee rehearsals, train and equip vocalists and instrumentalists, and enhance the churchs audio/visual capabilities.
