Position Summary Canada Cartage Logistics Solutions is seeking a resultsdriven Operations Supervisor to lead overnight warehouse operations. Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, the Supervisor is responsible for safety, efficiency, quality, and employee performance while delivering exceptional customer service. Location: Calgary, Alberta Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, Night shift: 8:00PM to 4:30AM Key Responsibilities Supervise inbound and outbound parcel sortation to meet customer SLAs Manage warehouse flow, space utilisation, shipping, and receiving Lead, train, schedule and evaluate warehouse team members, including payroll accuracy Plan labour and manpower requirements, including overtime and timeoff approvals Maintain inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMPs and health & safety regulations Oversee safety, security, housekeeping and accident investigations Communicate daily with customers, carriers, vendors and internal teams Prepare and maintain operational reports and productivity metrics Support culturebuilding initiatives and promote company values Qualifications & Core Competencies 1 to 2 years experience in warehouse operation supervisory roles Proven frontline leadership experience in warehousing / distribution Ability to adapt to a changing environment and make quick, effective decisions Strong communication, organisation and problemsolving skills Knowledge of material handling equipment and health & safety legislation Good working proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Why people love working for Canada Cartage Cohesive team and a positive, hardworking atmosphere Meaningful opportunities for career growth Companywide recognition initiatives designed to reward employees for outstanding customer service, teamwork and our core values Perks discounted hotels, car rentals, entertainment, gym memberships, phone plans, electronics and more Fun events throughout the year, such as summer barbeques and driverappreciation week that bring us together We give back to the communities in which we operate by volunteering and donating to local charities We are a strong company that weathers pandemics and recessionary periods, enabling us to thrive in good economic environments We are a top employer!
