Enhance patient care as a Medical Laboratory Technologist focused on Blood Bank Lab services. Effectively perform blood tests and quality checks in a rotational shift environment. In this role, you will be actively involved in executing laboratory tests for blood samples and issuing blood products to patients. Your expertise will assist in preparing quality control materials and processing specimens. Emphasizing accuracy, you will conduct ongoing quality checks to ensure the reliability of test results. Key Responsibilities: Perform laboratory tests on blood samples accurately Issue blood products to patients efficiently Prepare QC materials and reference cells Receive and process specimens, including specialized investigations Conduct ongoing quality control checks for precision Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Biomedical Science or Life Sciences Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Willingness to work 3 rotating shifts Strong attention to detail in lab results Experience in laboratory procedures preferred Leverage your technical skills in laboratory testing and quality assurance to contribute to critical patient care. #J-18808-Ljbffr
