Location: HQ Toronto, Hybrid (2-3 days in office) Position overview Blue Moon Metals is seeking Senior / Lead IT Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and support the organizations core IT infrastructure and cloud environment. This is a handson technical role responsible for ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable systems across a growing, international organization. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure across cloud and onpremise environments Ensure system availability, performance, and scalability across all environments Contribute to IT planning and strategy execution Technical lead for Cloud Systems in Microsoft 365 environment (EntraID, Intune, Defender, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams) Implement and enforce IT security best practices, including access controls, monitoring, and compliance Lead infrastructurerelated projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across infrastructure and cloud platforms Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and procedures Mentor and support junior team members, including Student Interns Coordinate day to day activities to support partners Qualifications Minimum 58 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems, or cloud engineering roles Diploma in Information Technology or a related field (minimum requirement) Strong hand on experience designing, deploying and maintaining virtualised Microsoft server technologies and cloud environments (VMware, HyperV, M365) Demonstratable success in supporting a global hybrid user base. Strong technical experience with designing, building and managing endpoint infrastructure solutions supporting Windows, MacOS & IOS devices Experience with designing and maintaining identity solutions (EntraID, SSO, MFA, Passwordless) Proven ability to lead technical projects and initiatives and manage third party solution providers and consultants Pay range and compensation package Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
