Joining us now is a chance to be part of our transformation. Who we need Reporting to the Director of Product Design and Research, we are looking for a Senior Product Designer. As our new Senior Product Designer, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life through research, prototyping, and highfidelity design. You will play a key role in crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences that align with business goals while advocating for user needs. From wireframing and interaction design to usability testing and iterative improvements, you will help create seamless digital experiences that delight our users and drive business impact. This is a hybrid opportunity, working Tuesdays and Thursdays onsite in our downtown Toronto office. Our headquarters are located within minutes of St.Andrew and Union subway stations. How you will make an impact Lead the endtoend design process. You will own the full product design lifecyclefrom concept to executionensuring a seamless and impactful user experience. As part of a dedicated product pod, you will collaborate crossfunctionally with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives. You will play a key role in shaping the product roadmap, anticipating design needs, and ensuring that user insights drive decisionmaking. Design. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and highfidelity UI designs that bring ideas to life. You will refine and enhance features through user research, usability testing, and iterative design to optimise engagement and usability. Your work will be guided by a datadriven approach, ensuring every design decision is backed by insights and realworld user behaviour. Maintain and evolve design standards. You will maintain and advance our design systems and component libraries, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and scalability across all products. As an advocate for UX/UI best practices and accessibility standards, you will champion a userfirst approach that enhances inclusivity and usability. Continuous improvement. You will stay at the forefront of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, continuously sharpening your skills and evolving your approach. You have experience in product or UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio that showcases your expertise in design thinking, interaction design, and visual storytelling. Your work demonstrates a deep understanding of user needs, balancing aesthetics with functionality. Whether coming from AdTech, FinTech, SaaS, or another fastpaced industry, you have experience iterating quickly, making informed decisions, and taking ownership of your deliverables. An inperson collaboration session You will meet with the Director of Product Design and Research, a Product Manager, and an Engineer to review your design exercise, discuss your choices, and explore how your approach aligns with our teams needs.
