Shape Canadas fisheries landscape with ERM as a Principal Consultant. This pivotal role offers the chance to lead significant projects in varied environments across the nation. In this role, based out of Vancouver, Calgary, Whitehorse, or Smithers, you will provide senior technical leadership and ensure project compliance with environmental standards. Your expertise in managing fisheries biology efforts will guide multiple teams in fisheries assessments and habitat management strategies. You will also play a crucial role in mentoring junior staff, contributing to industry-wide knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Shape fisheries programs supporting major capital projects Ensure defensible, high-quality deliverables for projects Serve as a trusted advisor to various stakeholders Mentor and develop junior and intermediate staff Design fish habitat field programs across Canada Requirements: B.Sc. in Fisheries Biology or relevant discipline 6+ years of environmental consulting experience Extensive field experience in aquatic biology Knowledge of regulations in mining and oil & gas sectors Willingness to conduct fieldwork in remote locations Bring your expertise in fisheries biology and environmental consulting to lead impactful projects with ERM. #J-18808-Ljbffr
