Lead project control activities in Signals and Communications Engineering with CPKC across Canada, the US, and Mexico. Your expertise in estimates, budgeting, and stakeholder management will drive project success. As the Manager Signals and Communications Engineering, you''ll play a pivotal role in generating estimates and coordinating project activities. This position requires strong communication skills and a process-oriented approach to document scopes of work and resource needs. You''ll mentor stakeholders while ensuring a consistent estimating process is implemented and followed. Key Responsibilities: Generate estimates for signals and crossing warning systems Document scopes of work and resource requirements Develop a standard basis of estimate, including costs Prepare short-term and long-term budget plans Document estimating processes and standards Requirements: Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or 3+ years experience in S&C Valid drivers license required Ability to travel to US/Mexico without restrictions Strong Microsoft Excel skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Utilize your expertise to shape project control activities in Signals and Communications with CPKC. #J-18808-Ljbffr
