Iovate Health Sciences USA Inc. is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Associate Director, Walmart to join our team! Job Title: Associate Director, Walmart Location: Oakville ON - Hybrid (3 days in office) Employment type: FT Reports to: VP, North American Sales Compensation: $115K+ (CDN) The Associate Director, Walmart will lead Iovates commercial strategy and execution with Walmart US, and Sams Club, overseeing all aspects of business planning, category development, sales strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. This highly visible leadership role requires a blend of strategic acumen, customer partnership, and operational excellence. You will serve as the key liaison between Iovate and Walmart/Club partnerstranslating data-driven insights into compelling growth strategies, optimizing assortment and pricing, and accelerating omnichannel performance across brickandmortar and eCommerce. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Account Management Develop and execute annual business plans for Walmart US, and Sams Club aligned with Iovates growth objectives. Own the P&L for the Walmart/Club business, delivering on sales, profitability, and market share goals. Build and strengthen longterm partnerships with Walmart and Sams Club merchants and senior category leaders. Lead strategic negotiations around product assortment, pricing, and promotional planning. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, eCommerce, and Finance to deliver flawless execution across all channels. Champion innovation launches, ensuring alignment with customer needs and category trends. Collaborate with Category Development and Insights teams to drive dataled storytelling and optimize shelf presence. Accelerate Walmart.com and SamsClub.com performance through digital merchandising, marketing, and fulfillment strategies. Identify and capitalize on emerging category opportunities in health, wellness, and performance nutrition. Drive operational excellence in forecasting, inventory management, and supply reliability. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree required; MBA or related graduate degree preferred. 6+ years of progressive experience in CPG sales, key account management, or category leadership. 5+ years of direct experience managing Walmart or Sams Club accounts. Proven track record of delivering sales growth and driving strategic initiatives within top-tier consumer goods companies. Strong understanding of Walmarts retail ecosystem, including Retail Link, Luminate, and omnicommerce best practices. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
