ELECTRO-MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER Our client, a leader in fluid handling systems, is actively looking for an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. Duties and Responsibilities: Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, sub-assemblies, tools, and materials. Fasten parts together with bolts, screws, clips, or other fasteners. Install wiring and electrical components to specifications Documents actions by completing production and quality forms. Verify and troubleshoot control systems'' circuits. Utilize hand tools, hand crimps, wire cutters and wire strippers Assist Applications Engineer in selecting parts for control system, testing products during assembly and final stage of production and in updating shop folder with assembly and test data. Ability to keep performance standards at a high level. Use various hand tools and measuring equipment such as drills, taps, files, calipers and micrometers during the assembly process. Perform preliminary and / or final packaging of components and final products. Maintains, organizes and cleans work area compliant with 5S Standards. Other tasks and responsibilities may be assigned as required. Experience/Education Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in assembly / testing of electro-mechanical equipment. Electrical / Mechanical Machine Build experience Experience with equipment wiring Ability to read schematics and blueprints required Prior experience in a '' technician'' role Troubleshooting Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task Ability to navigate windows-based pc Fluent in English, French is an asset. Great computer skills. Organizational skills.
