As a Notary Public, you will be responsible for verifying the authenticity of documents, administering oaths, and ensuring the proper execution of legal documents. Key tasks include preparing and notarizing documents, understanding and applying notarial laws, conducting research for accuracy and compliance, and assisting clients with legal formalities, including specific support for family law cases. You will uphold the highest levels of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality while communicating effectively with a diverse range of clients. Qualifications Strong understanding of Notary responsibilities and Legal Document Preparation Knowledge of Legal principles, including Law and Family Law Excellent Research skills relevant to identifying and applying legal requirements Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in handling sensitive documentation Ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients and maintain confidentiality Prior experience in a similar role or certification as a Notary Public Bachelor''s degree or certification in law, legal studies, or a related field preferred
