Purpose:Fuel Transport is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager responsible for leading and delivering end-to-end recruitment activities in support of the companys continued growth across operational and corporate functions. Reporting directly to the VP, Human Resources, this role will ensure the organization has timely access to high-quality talent while building scalable recruitment processes aligned with the demands of the logistics and transportation industry.This is a senior, hands-on role combining recruitment delivery, process optimization, and people leadership. Find your Fuel.Key ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle recruitment across operations, transportation, warehousing, sales, and corporate rolesPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring timelines, and sourcing strategiesManage and maintain strong candidate pipelines for high-volume and specialized positionsEnsure a professional, consistent, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.Act as a hands-on recruiter for priority, complex, or business-critical roles.Design, implement, and continuously improve recruitment processes to support efficiency and scaleOwn and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate data and effective reportingReduce time-to-fill and reliance on external agencies through proactive sourcing and referralsProvide leadership, coaching, and support to a Senior Talent Acquisition SpecialistStrengthen employer brand presence through consistent messaging and candidate experienceTrack and report on recruitment metrics to support data-driven decision makingWork closely with the marketing team to optimize the organizations visibility and strengthen the employer brand within recruitment strategiesDevelop and propose innovative recruitment strategies tailored to the specific needs of each mandate and to market realitiesQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations or any other related discipline.8-10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including experience leading or mentoring senior-level recruitersExperience recruiting within logistics, transportation, supply chain, industrial, or similarly operational environments preferredStrong working knowledge of ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing toolsProven ability to manage multiple requisitions across functions and locationsPost-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferredCRHA (strong asset).Bilingual in French and English, both written and verbal. The requirement of another language is required for this position as the candidate will be required to interact and communicate with clients, suppliers and colleagues throughout North America.
