Job Description

On behalf of our client, TEEMA is recruiting for an Integration Project Manager. Candidates must reside in the Vancouver, BC area and be ok going into an office 3-4 days per week. In addition to deep integration expertise, the successful candidate must bring hands-on experience with AI enabled solutions, preferably working with Claude and other AI agent frameworks that automate integration monitoring, testing, and data quality checks.Key initiatives include migration to QAD Adaptive ERP for North America, expansion of Coupa Software procurement capabilities, modernisation of planning and reporting platforms, and continued evolution of the enterprise data and analytics environment. This role demands strong coordination across enterprise architects, developers, data teams, and business stakeholders to keep integrations stable, scalable, and aligned with architecture standards.ResponsibilitiesDeliver enterprise integration initiatives that span ERP, procurement, data, and analytics platforms, ensuring performance and scalability.Plan, coordinate, and track complex integration programmes, managing timelines, risks, and inter-system dependencies.Guide integration design across APIs, middleware, and data pipelines, enforcing enterprise patterns and best practices.Embed AI agents and large language model automations to accelerate testing, error triage, reconciliation, and data mapping throughout the integration life cycle.Deploy and optimise QAD AI modules such as QAD Enterprise Intelligence and QAD DynaSys Demand and Supply Chain Planning to enhance predictive insights and supply chain execution.Support the North American rollout of QAD Adaptive ERP, overseeing extensive integration touchpoints with finance, supply chain, and commercial systems.Coordinate integrations that extend Coupa Source to Contract and Procure to Pay solutions, including Coupa AI modules like Spend Guard and Risk Aware.Facilitate collaboration between architects, developers, data engineers, vendors, and executive stakeholders.Monitor integration health, AI agent performance, and programme progress, providing clear status reports and roadmaps to senior leadership.RequirementsSeven or more years managing enterprise technology programmes with a heavy focus on system integrations.Proven delivery of complex integration initiatives in environments that support hundreds of connected systems.Strong knowledge of APIs, middleware, data pipelines, and cloud integration platforms.Demonstrated experience deploying or managing AI agents for integration automation and monitoring, with preference for direct work on Claude or similar solutions.Experience configuring or integrating AI modules within QAD Adaptive ERP, for example QAD Enterprise Intelligence or QAD DynaSys DSCP.Success coordinating architecture, development, and business teams through large ERP or platform transformations.Background supporting ERP suites such as QAD, SAP, or Oracle, and familiarity with procurement platforms like Coupa.Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and programme governance skills.Ability to manage priorities across multiple concurrent transformation initiatives.Nice to HaveProject leadership on Coupa procurement platform implementations and integrations.Experience with IBM Planning Analytics and modern analytics platforms such as Snowflake and Power BI.Familiarity with AI agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and generative AI assisted development tooling.
