We are seeking an experienced Senior SailPoint Developer to design, develop, and implement Identity Governance solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or IdentityNow.The selected candidate will play a key role in identity lifecycle management, application onboarding, and IAM integrations, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain SailPoint IGA solutions (IIQ / IdentityNow)Build and customize workflows, lifecycle events, and rules (BeanShell/Java)Develop and configure forms, policies, certifications, and provisioning logicImplement Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle processesDevelop integrations using REST, SOAP, JDBC, SCIM, LDAP, and Active DirectoryConfigure access certifications, role models, and entitlement structuresTroubleshoot provisioning failures, aggregation issues, and performance bottlenecksSupport platform upgrades, patching, and migrationsEnsure compliance with SOX, ISO, and SOC standardsCollaborate with IAM architects, security, infrastructure, and application teamsProvide technical leadership and mentor junior developersCreate technical documentation, design artifacts, and support guidesRequired Skills:Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with SailPointStrong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ); IdentityNow is a plusProficiency in SailPoint rules (BeanShell/Java), workflows, and lifecycle eventsExperience with identity cubes and correlation logicStrong experience with REST APIs, JSON, and XMLWorking knowledge of databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQLExperience with application onboarding and entitlement modelingFamiliarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practicesIAM and Security Knowledge:Strong understanding of IAM/IGA concepts including RBAC, ABAC, and least privilegeExperience with Segregation of Duties (SoD)Knowledge of Active Directory and LDAPExposure to Privileged Access Management (PAM) integrationPreferred Certifications:SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow CertificationCISSP, CISM, or Security+Java CertificationNice to Have:Experience working on large-scale enterprise IAM implementationsStrong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills
