The primary responsibilities include handling reception duties such as answering calls and managing correspondence, performing clerical tasks, and providing customer service to ensure smooth office operations. Additionally, the role requires supporting basic accounting tasks as needed, as well as maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.QualificationsStrong Receptionist Duties skills, including professionalism in greeting visitors and managing correspondenceExcellent Phone Etiquette, Clerical Skills, and a strong ability to handle administrative tasks efficientlyExceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to support clients and internal teamsProficiency in office software and basic accounting knowledge is a plusDetail-oriented, reliable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPrior experience in a similar administrative role is an assetPost-secondary education
