Le St-Patrick is a private seniors' residence located in Upper Town Quebec City, two blocks from the Plains of Abraham. We are looking for someone to fill a full-time evening care attendant position. Stable schedule. Free indoor parking. ***Candidates must hold a DEP (Diploma of Vocational Studies) in Care Assistance or a RAC (Recognition of Acquired Competencies) certificate, or have accumulated 5,000 hours of experience in the last 5 years as a PAB (Patient Attendant) + current 16-hour CPR certification + completed PDSP (Patient Care and Support Program).***POSITION DESCRIPTION:Schedule: Full-time 10/14 night shift position Salary: Starting at $20.25 per hour, depending on experience + $1 night shift premium ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Comply with standards and regulations in accordance with the certification of private seniors' residences and employer policies Provide a range of health and hygiene care while respecting the integrity and dignity of residents, in collaboration with the team Respect and promote proactive care among residents Health Care Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations Respond to all emergency situations While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.
