SAP Business Analyst Job ResponsibilitiesBusiness Requirements Elicitation and Process Flows (65%)Take ideas from the business and translate them into requirements/user stories for application developers.Facilitate collaborative sessions with business stakeholder groups to drive requirements discovery, analysis, and reviewsEnsure requirements captured are clear (i.e. written in business language), accurate and detailed enough to support downstream design, development activities efficiently and effectively i.e. leave no opportunity for interpretation of the business requirement by others Analyse, document E-2-E business processes and flows AS IS vs. TO BE, and communicate impact of changes for implementation planningUpdate requirements document as required to keep them currentSupport IT processes to help ensure seamless transition from test production Incident Handling (25%)Facilitates ongoing support for the productive system by reviewing and triaging incident tickets and resolving within the defined SLA.Testing (10%) Strong analytical, problem solving and system skills needed to support testing of new/enhanced applications prior to release into production Good testing knowledge 2- QualificationsRelated Experience:5+ years in business and/or systems analysis, requirements planning and documentation in mortgages industry Knowledge in Agile methodology and experience in writing user storiesExperience in analysing and documenting business processes Experience with SAP Experience with application integration is an asset Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Excellent analytical, attention to detail, problem solving and decision-making capabilities Ability to define customer/user journeys Work with SAP Functional Consultants and Developers to shape the end-user/ customer experience Process driven understanding of business process would be an advantage Good organization and coordination skill and attend to detail Ability to help influence peers and leaders for best possible outcomes Engagement DetailsLocation (city/province) - TorontoWork model : HybridContract duration and possible extension: Initially 6 months, possible extensionTarget start date as soon as possible May 18thEngagement DetailsLanguage requirements: English
