We specialize in high-quality roller shades, drapery systems, motorized shading solutions, and custom architectural applications.We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Estimator to join our team and support our growing commercial and dealer project division.Role DescriptionThe Project Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive quotations for commercial and residential window covering projects while helping coordinate project details throughout the bidding process. This role works closely with sales, project management, dealers, contractors, architects, and internal production teams to ensure projects are quoted accurately and efficiently.The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, technically minded, and comfortable reviewing architectural drawings, specifications, and project documentation.ResponsibilitiesPrepare quotations for commercial and residential projectsReview architectural drawings, specifications, and tender packagesPerform project takeoffs and determine product requirementsCommunicate with contractors, dealers, designers, and architects regarding project detailsCoordinate internally with sales, production, and operations teamsTrack project revisions, alternates, and updatesMaintain organized project and quotation recordsAssist with product recommendations and technical solutionsEnsure quotations are accurate and submitted on timeQualificationsExperience in estimating, construction, manufacturing, or project coordination preferredThe ability to read architectural drawings and specifications is an assetStrong organizational and time management skillsClose attention to detailStrong communication and problem-solving abilitiesComfortable working with Excel and computer systemsExperience in window coverings, architectural products, or construction is an asset
