We are building toward a system where AI is embedded across the clinical workflow: from patient intake, to clinical decision support during the encounter, to automating form completion and reducing administrative burden.We are scaling across primary care, specialty clinics, and enterprise health systems. To accelerate this next phase of growth, we are hiring aFounding Growth Leadto help build the engine that expands Vero across healthcare.As an early member of the team, you will work directly with the founders, Adeel, a physician, and Bill, an experienced software engineer, across product, sales, marketing, customer success, and strategy.About the RoleWe are looking for an AI-native growth operator to build Veros growth and marketing function.You will build outbound and partnership motions, own inbound demo demand, and maintain the sales pipeline. You will use AI tools, automation, CRM systems, data, and strong customer communication to move faster than a traditional sales or marketing function.What Youll DoOwn inbound demo requests from first response through qualification, scheduling, follow-up, and pipeline tracking.Build and manage Veros early marketing engine across email, LinkedIn, content, SEO, webinars, events, partnerships, paid campaigns, and social.Create targeted lead lists across primary care, specialty clinics, healthcare groups, and enterprise organizations.Use AI, automation, and CRM tools to personalize outreach, improve follow-up, and reduce manual work.Own and improve the CRM, including pipeline stages, lead scoring, reporting, workflows, and automations.Engage inbound and outbound leads, join founder-led demos, and help move qualified opportunities through the sales pipeline.Build partnership outreach with healthcare associations, clinic groups, EMR/EHR ecosystems, consultants, and other organizations that influence provider adoption.Support discovery calls, enterprise opportunities, RFPs, procurement workflows, onboarding, and feature rollouts.Turn customer conversations into sharper messaging, better sales materials, case studies, testimonials, and vertical-specific campaigns.Track what is working, measure conversion, and double down on the highest-leverage growth channels.What Were Looking For2+ years of experience in growth, sales, demand generation, RevOps, marketing operations, or an early-stage SaaS environment.Strong comfort using AI tools, automation platforms, CRM systems, and modern growth workflows.Ability to write clear outbound messages, landing page copy, sales collateral, and customer-facing content.Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools such as Attio, HubSpot, Salesforce, Customer.io, Clay, Zapier, Make, Airtable, or similar.Comfort with analytics and attribution tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, campaign tracking, dashboards, or CRM reporting.Strong written and verbal communication.High agency and comfort operating in ambiguity.Willingness to speak with customers, learn their workflows, and translate that learning into better growth execution.Healthcare, SaaS, B2B sales, or early-stage startup experience is a strong plus.Where We WorkThis role is based out of our office in downtown Toronto.
